An Open Heaven When You Least Expect It!

The vision: On Dec. 27, 2005, I just got back from making a run to the post office. I got out of my van and the minute my feet touched the ground, I felt the presence of God. I walked around to the other side of the van and the presence got stronger, I suddenly was at a stand still. I looked down on the ground and said “Lord, saturate this ground with your glory!” All of a sudden I felt the ground tremble, and I started speaking in tongues. I remember my flesh was crying out “its cold, get inside the building”. But I could not move. I was standing still in God’s anointing!

I then heard the cry of an eagle, and I turned around and saw two big birds with brown feathers. The birds were flying together and kept crying out to one another. The birds could’ve been hawks, but in my spirit I perceived them as eagles.

While I was still standing in God’s presence, I looked up and there was ray’s of light piercing through the clouds, it was very cloudy that day. I looked across the sky, and there were patches of these rays of light, I couldn’t count how many there were. I know I was looking with my natural eyes, but I noticed that the rays of light looked different then usual. The light did not look like it was sunlight, because I noticed how hazy they looked. It was like God’s tangible anointing was coming through the clouds.

I finally was able to move and walked into my workplace, with an over whelming feeling of God’s glory.

What I experienced was a brief moment of heaven coming down to earth!

The interpretation: As I sat behind my desk, I asked God “what did I just experience?”. “Lord, what is the interpretation?”

• God told me that when I shouted out “Lord, Saturate this ground with your glory”, that He was birthing in me the need to plant an apostolic flag into the soil and claim this land for Jesus. That wherever my feet stand, that I am to plant an apostolic flag, so that God will saturate the soil with His glory! It’s about time that we get serious and start walking in the authority that He has given us and claim this land for Jesus! God is looking for many others to ask Him to saturate the ground with His glory! Shout it out, “Lord, saturate this ground with your glory”!

• God also told me that the eagles represented “Revival” and “Power”. He said that with revival will come His power, and with His power will come revival. God wants people to start seeking Him and His glory and for people not to seek after man. True revival comes when God is allowed to be God, so that lives are changed, not temporarily for a quick fix but for a permanent change. Too many people are chasing after signs and wonders, but God wants signs and wonders to follow us. God is sending His eagles to spread revival and power throughout the land. True power and true revival can only come from God. It’s about time we give birth to that which God has planted in us!

• The rays of light represented Open Heavens. God wants us to walk in an Open Heaven. He wants to open up the store house and pour out His glory among all flesh! And God wants us to be carriers of that glory! If it is so common for us as humans to get sick, carry germs, and infect others with that sickness, then it should be common for us as Christians to be carriers of His glory and ignite others with revival fire! God is sending forth His angels, ministering angels, warring angels. God wants to open up our natural eyes to see into the heavenlies, so that we will move in power evangelism, to be about His business, to ignite others with His glory. A breaker anointing for regional revival’s. An anointing so thick that if anybody brushes against us, that they too are covered with the glory of God. Changed lives through the power of God!

What I experienced was not just for me. It is for you too. All God wants is for you to say “here I am Lord, use me”, “I want to plant an apostolic flag Lord”, “I want signs and wonders to follow me”, “and I want to be a carrier of your glory!”.
